The Role

Market Track’s Project Management Leader (Strategic Initiatives) will be responsible for managing projects related to changes in our business, such as driving the transition of internal and external stakeholders to a new reporting platform or defining processes for a new module for our delivery platforms. Reporting into the Sales organization, the Project Management Leader will serve as the primary point of contact across internal and external stakeholders. In this role the Project Management Leader will collect feedback and facilitate plans to address or alleviate roadblocks in partnership with the Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology organizations.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop change management, stakeholder management, training strategies, communication, and implementation plans
  • Establish and maintain effective and trusting working relationships with client sponsors and leadership team
  • Utilize strong communications skills, work across the teams and client landscape
  • Partner with product, operations, and IT to address risks and issues
  • Collect and triage stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree combined with 3+ years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and drive change working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in competitive research, market research, advertising, marketing, or business intelligence
  • Sales and account management experience a plus
