The Role

Market Track’s Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting the revenue growth strategies of the Sales Executive Team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for: partnership with the Sales Executive Team to effectively go-to-market against our prospective client accounts, prospect and develop contacts for our new business accounts, and proactively generate meaningful interactions and activity with our prospective clients. The Business Development Associate will be directly supporting the prospect pipeline growth for the Sales Executive Team, and will be supporting the organizations revenue goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Learn, understand, and effectively communicate Market Track’s value proposition and scope of capabilities and services to the marketplace.
  • Effectively communicate to prospective clients the value that Market Track provides to our current client base, and schedule new meetings on behalf of the Sales Executive Team.
  • Develop and expand our prospective client universe, and utilize our Sales CRM Tool (Salesforce.com) to document your tactics and strategy for engaging with our prospective clients.
  • Successfully prospect and engage with Senior Executives across the relevant buying centers within our New Business Accounts to schedule new meetings on behalf of the Sales Executive Team.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Research teams to help support and conduct effective marketing campaigns across our new business accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 0-3 years of direct sales and / or new business development experience.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required.
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience (Internship or Full-Time Employment) preferred.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance driven culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-based setting are required.
